Shipment and Returns
In stock items are usually shipped the same day, but no longer than 2 business days of receipt of payment. We ship via USPS and UPS. But if you need arrangements with another carrier please contact us at 815.786.4560 and we can accommodate. All items are INSURED unless otherwise indicated.
New gear sales qualify for free shipping if the total sale is above $40 and the items are shipped anywhere in the US. Free shipping is available to all US Territories as well, under these same conditions.
Shipping to APO's and FPO's will take much longer to arrive than the time quoted on the checkout page. If an APO is returned to us, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returned Items to APO's is beyond our control.
Rock Sky Market cannot be held responsible for delivery services not delivering on time. Only over night, express, 2-day air, and 3- day select is guaranteed to refund shipping cost on delayed shipments. However, COVID has been affecting shipping carrier's guarantee policy. All refunds based on late delivery are contingent on the product(s) being returned to Rock Sky Market.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE USA
We ship using United States Postal Service International and UPS International. The purchaser agrees that they accept all taxes and duties charged after shipping.
If you select USPS First-Class International, you agree that this service is not trackable or insurable. You further agree to hold Rock Sky Market harmless for lost or damaged goods using this service and release Rock Sky Market from any liability from loss or damaged of the products sent.
Rock Sky Market in no way claims we know every country's rules and regulations regarding importing goods. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you understand all restrictions and regulations from the Customs officials of the country of destination. You also accept all shipping and additional fees associated with returning the goods to Rock Sky Market, if your Customs official deny release of the products to you and return them to us. We, of course, will refund the money for the goods, if they are returned in original condition.
All custom orders purchased from Rock Sky Market are non-refundable. However, if you wish to return a new or used product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. Returned items must be in original condition, in original packaging. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do not like re-stock fees and we know you don't either. So there is no additional charges for returning a stocked item.
All custom gear orders and manufacture stocked gear orders are subject to a minimum of a 5% surcharge on all cancellations. If the custom gear order or stocked manufacturer order has already started the manufacturing process, or has been shipped, there can not be any refunds given and all deposits made are non refundable.
