The mechanical altimeter made by Parasport has been redesigned, keeping the same reliable and accurate mechanism. This instrument is calibrated up to 19,000 feet and has a temperature-compensated aneroid capsule for better accuracy.
The new case is made completely of aluminum and is a round 2 1/2 inch diameter with a thickness of just 3/4 inch. The glass crystal is shock and scratch resistant. And this new Aeronaut is also water resistant!
The new strong mounting steel brackets are very easy to interchange. The same instrument can be hand mounted or wrist mounted just by changing the mount. (Additional mounts may be purchased separately.)
The new design of the face makes altitude reading simple and fast with large distinct numbers and this version is glow-in-the-dark for those squeaker sunset or night jumps!
